How Much Does HydraFacial® Cost?

Water is such a powerful natural force. It cleanses, hydrates, and nourishes, so it’s unsurprising the power of water is the force of nature behind the HydraFacial®. At Inspired Med Spa, we are pleased to perform the HydraFacial® for patients seeking to rejuvenate their skin in ways only water can do.

Average HydraFacial® Cost

The HydraFacial® is far more than your average facial, and as such, it will have a bit more than your average facial cost. For one, it’s performed at Inspired Med Spa by highly trained skincare experts. Using a unique combination of vortex power and suction, the HydraFacial® takes skincare to the next level.

As a non-invasive cosmetic treatment, it’s on the lower side of the cost scale, with the US average price between $150 and $300. Your geographical location and provider expertise will factor in the cost, but there’s not a lot about the treatment itself that creates price variance.

HydraFacial® Costs vs Other Treatments

There are 4 steps in the HydraFacial® treatment process, which should only be performed by skilled professionals, such as those at Inspired Med Spa, who are highly trained in medical-grade skincare.

The 4 steps are a thorough cleanse to prep your skin for HydraFacial® treatment. Step 2 is a powerful yet gentle exfoliation begins, where a water vortex is used to loosen debris, dead skin cells, bacteria, oils, and other pore clogging impurities. Next, suction vacuums away that debris so your skin is clear, beautiful, and ready for enhanced HydraFacial® skincare protection. The final step is a customized moisturizer and protection serum to prolong HydraFacial’s® results.

So how does this treatment compare to other treatments in terms of results for the price?

HydraFacial® vs Microneedling

Microneedling can be surprisingly expensive, depending on the depth of your treatment. Only certain depths are possible by certified skincare professionals, and only at certain depths can you expect enhanced results. Microneedling at such levels can run up to $500 per treatment, though many places offer discounts for multiple treatment packages.

HydraFacial® vs Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are highly customizable, and as such, are a desirable non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment. They can also be quite affordable or quite expensive, depending on the depth they penetrate the skin. The deeper you go, the more recovery time and cost you can expect. Some peels go deep enough to require general anesthesia, which can cost thousands. On the lower end, they’re comparable, ranging from $150 for light peels to up to $6,000 for deep peels.

HydraFacial® vs IPL Phototherapy

The biggest difference between these two treatments is the method of rejuvenation. HydraFacial® is more of a cleanse and dermabrasion treatment, whereas IPL Phototherapy uses light wavelengths to rejuvenate the skin’s internal structures. HydraFacial® cleanses where IPL boosts collagen and tightens skin. Keep your goals in mind when deciding between the two. IPL Phototherapy, on average, runs about $400 a treatment nationally.

Is There Any Downtime with HydraFacial®

Another factor in cost is downtime. Microneedling, chemical peels, and IPL Phototherapy may require at minimum some social downtime, and may even require you to be off work during a recovery period. This may factor in more for the overall expense of your procedure. HydraFacial® has absolutely no downtime, and as such, gets you back into your active routine much faster
